General
We sell our goods through  2checkout.com  ( 2CO) who acts as our authorized retailer.  After selecting the product you will have to accept a charge to your credit card or Paypal account. 2CO  will let us know and we will ship to you the product. If you are not satisfied with it, you can send it back to us within the next 30 days and when we receive it we will refund you the money, excluding the shipping cost and the import duties and taxes.  

Shipping
We  ship  by FedEx, the courier company.   We will e-mail you the Air Way Bill number of the shipment, for tracking purposes. You can track your package at any time by entering the number of your Air Way Bill at the FedEx web site. Allow 2 to 7 days for delivery, depending on your specific location.

Additional costs

Please note that since you are importing these goods from Chile, some additional costs like Customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the amount charged to your credit card. Normally, FedEx will cover these expenses incurred during the Customs clearance  process and  collect upon delivery.

Maximum order value
The maximum value for each order is US$ 1000.00

Return policy
If you receive your order but  you are not satisfied  with the purchased product(s), simply notify us by e-mail  this event within  2 days (inspection period)  from receipt. Send the goods  back to us within the next 30 days (shipping at your cost)   and we will refund the cost of the returned product(s) excluding any shipping or duties or  taxes costs incurred.
